The Tri – Community Health & Wellness Foundation wants to hear from you!!!
We want your stories. You have come through illness and trauma with grace and courage. You are an inspiration and we would love to have you share your stories of hope and recovery with others.
Do you have a memory of a caregiver that you would like to share? We know it might be hard to toot your own horn, but your courage will inspire others to keep going.
If you would like to share an experience with us, and you’re okay with it being on the website, we would love to hear from you. It could be someone else in our Tri Community Wellness Community was a hero for you?
Maybe a nurse or doctor made a difference in your recovery.
Did one of the programs we support help make your day a little brighter?
Email your story to stories@tricommunityfounda
All stories could be shared on social media, website & live events – please indicate if you would like to remain anonymous.

At their Annual Golf Tournament in July, 2017, they raised over $3200!!!
We are grateful to be the recipient of the funds raised for 2017!
Funds raised will be applied to purchase a special ambulatory chair for the Westview Health Centre.
VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH
The Foundation would like to recognize Cheryl as our volunteer of the month for July!!! Thank you Cheryl for all that you do and your hard work for your community!
“The Health & Wellness Foundation is a worthy cause and I have always found the Festival of Trees to have a fun atmosphere to be in!
I have had a long career in the medical system as a nurse and have always thought that once I retired from the nursing community I would like to pit some energy into volunteering to some valuable causes.
It is great to be able to work in this capacity as a volunteer with others from this profession and also others with similar views. Collectively we can all improve on the Festival of Trees and contribute to our communities Health & Wellness Foundation. – Cheryl.”
